Good Eats: Parmesan-Crusted Cut Green Beans.

These parmesan-crusted cut green beans were a side dish to a meal I made, and for as good as they turned out, they were almost too simple. Following this recipe, I substituted the asparagus for green beans, beginning by boiling them in salted water for 7 minutes. I followed the rest of the recipe as listed, and made a spicy-ranch sauce using low-fat ranch dressing and buffalo hot sauce to dip them in.
