Mini Crabcakes.

Growing up in Florida has it’s perks: nearly year-round beach access, plenty of sunshine, and lots of seafood. There is hardly a local restaurant that doesn’t have a section on their menu dedicated to the day’s catch, if not the whole menu, and I’ve grown up enjoying cilantro-lime tilapia, shrimp scampi, and seasoned scallops. Crabcakes are a recent favorite of mine; following this recipe, (and pan frying vs baking them,) you’ll be set for a drool-worthy summertime dish.
