White Bean & Lime Hummus.

Hummus and pita bread bring me back to the summer after I graduated high school and a certain Mediterranean cafe I was obsessed with. Having found this recipe was a sweet reminder of lighter days when independence and college was still new to me. I doubled the amount of lime juice instead of using olive oil, and used a pinch more salt than the recipe called for. Serve with whole wheat pita bread instead of pita chips to save some extra cals.
