Key Lime Bistro.

Sanibel Island is one of those whimsical places than can neither be described nor replicated precisely. Pastel-colored fence posts, brightly painted houses and dining spots around every corner… the locality and small-size of the island only add to it’s quaintness. Saturday morning before heading to the beach, we stopped at the cafe-by-morning, hot-spot-by-night restaurant, Key Lime Bistro, and enjoyed a morning of fresh coffee, quiche and chocolate-chip pancakes.
