Egg in a Basket.

My sister first introduced me to eggs in a basket a few weeks back, and it’s become a regular meal staple at all times of my day. Though it’s best with breakfast and the Personal Section of the WSJ, I’ve also made it as an afternoon snack complete with green tea or a glass of milk. I like my eggs slightly underdone and by bread a little burnt, so I’ve found 4 minutes on each side is the perfect way to get both. Ten minutes and a dash of salt and pepper later, and you have a hearty (and adorable) breakfast.
